Dolphin – 30-36 Duct Canvas Coating

Application Area:

• Protective indoor lag coating
• Finishing the insulation materials in combination with reinforcing fabric (e.g. canvas cloth on air conditioning ducts)
• Coating the cold-water pipes
• Coating on Polystyrene or Polyurethane foam
• Coating to the joints or edges of fibrous duct liner insulations to seal and prevent air leakage

Application Instructions:

Application surface should be dry and dust, rust, and grease-free. Apply a tack coat of DOLPHIN 30-36 at 3 to 3.5 m²/litre. After applying tack coat immediately embed the selected lagging fabric smoothly in to the wet coating. Apply two finishing coat of DOLPHIN 30-36 at 4 to 5 m²/litre. It is recommended to ensure that each coat of DOLPHIN 30-36 completely cured before the next coat is applied. The dry film thickness will vary with fabric to fabric.

Storage & Shelf-Life:

12 months from the manufacturing date if stored in a dry and cool storage place, at temperature 30°C or below.

Precautions:

Use protective gloves, glasses and face protectant while applying. It is recommended to use the product only in a well-ventilated place. In the case of direct contact, rinse immediately with water. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
