Application Instructions:

• Prepare the application surface by ensuring it is dry, clean, and free from dust, rust, and grease.
• Stir the Bitu Coat thoroughly before application.
• Apply a uniform coat on both surfaces and allow 10-15 minutes for the adhesive to become tacky.
• Press both surfaces together using an appropriate pressing tool.

Storage & Shelf-Life:

• Store Bitu Coat below 25 °C in an unopened container.
• Shelf life for the activator is 24 months, and for the bitumen coating, it’s 12 months.
• Stacking up to 5.4 feet should be done in the warehouse.

Safety Instructions:

• Bitu Coat is flammable, so keep it away from heat, flame, spark, or any other igniting source.
• Use protective gloves, glasses, and face protection during application.
•  It is recommended to use the product only in a well-ventilated place.
•  In the case of direct contact, rinse immediately with water and do not ingest.
•  Keep Bitu Coat out of reach of children.
