PU Foam Gun Grade

Application Area :

• Mounting and fixing of door and window frames.
•  Fixing of construction joints, openings and gaps.
• Sticking and insulation of wall panels, corrugated sheets and roof tiles.
•  Fixing of plumbing gaps.
•  Used in filling HVAC ducting openings.
•  Fixing of concrete precast gaps.

Application Instructions :

• Shake well for at least 30 seconds.
• Screw the aerosol tight to the gun.
• Adjust the setscrew and spray the foam by pulling the trigger.
• Gaps are to be filled partly, since foam will further expand.
• Remove spilled, not hardened foam with cleaner.
• The aerosol with the spraygun can be put away without any risk of hardening.
• If no new aerosol is fixed on the spraygun, clean the gun thoroughly with cleaner.
• Slightly humidifying of the surfaces gives faster curing and a better cell structure.
• Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C. Preferably store upright.
