Description

Al Muqarram Industries introduces Dolphin Ultra Strong Epoxy Syringe Adhesive, designed for precision bonding in various applications. Storage

When stored in original unopened container at or below 77°F (25°C) in dry warehouse conditions, Dolphin Power Bond Epoxy Ultra Strong adhesive in syringe type has a shelf life of 12 months from manufacturing date. After use pull the syringe back, wipe the syringe tips with clean dry cloth and align the tips. Place the cap back to the plunger and wait for the snap sound to ensure the tight closure of cap.

Instructions

  • Remove cap from the plunger. Do not twist. Break the safety seal of syringe.
  • Hold syringe upside down and snap the plunger from the end to make sure the air bubbles rise to the top. Ensure even dispensing by slowly releasing the plunger till the resin and accelerator are at the tip.
  • Dispense even amounts of resin and accelerator on to the clean surface. The package blister can be
    used as mixing tray.
  • Mix homogenously for 20 sec until the mixture is uniform. Use within 3-4 mins.
  • Apply to the surface and clamp for 30 mins.
  • After use pull the syringe back, wipe the syringe tips with clean dry cloth and align the tips. Place
    the cap back to the plunger and wait for the snap sound to ensure the tight closure of cap.
    *Not recommended for Polyethylene Plastic (PE), Polypropylene Plastic (PPE), Nylon, and other highly
    flexible materials and non-porous surfaces.
