Dolphin PU 300 Gun Foam is a one-component, self-expanding, easy to use, high performance polyurethane foam with excellent gap filling capabilities and has good stability when cured. Perfect thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Primeless adhesion on different substrates. Protection from sand and heat.

Description

Application Area

  • Mounting and fixing of door and window frames.
  •  Fixing of construction joints, openings and gaps.
  • Sticking and insulation of wall panels, corrugated sheets and roof tiles.
  •  Fixing of plumbing gaps.
  •  Used in filling HVAC ducting openings.
  •  Fixing of concrete precast gaps.

Instructions

  • Shake well for at least 30 seconds.
  • Screw the aerosol tight to the gun.
  • Adjust the setscrew and spray the foam by pulling the trigger.
  • Gaps are to be filled partly, since foam will further expand.
  • Remove spilled, not hardened foam with cleaner.
  • The aerosol with the spraygun can be put away without any risk of hardening.
  • If no new aerosol is fixed on the spraygun, clean the gun thoroughly with cleaner.
  • Slightly humidifying of the surfaces gives faster curing and a better cell structure.
  • Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C. Preferably store upright.
