Sharing the Journey of our Employee who has come all the way from a Rural Village in Nepal to UAE in his words 
Hello everyone! 
My name is Damodar Malla, and I wanted to take a moment to share my journey with you all. I come from a humble rural village in Nepal, where I dreamt of working in a big company and having the opportunity to go abroad someday.
In pursuit of my dreams, I embarked on a journey that led me to the United Arab Emirates with the help of a dedicated agency. I am incredibly grateful for this chance, and I found my place at Al Muqarram Industry (AMI).
Since 2016, I have been a proud member of the AMI family, and it has been an incredible journey of growth and learning. Each day, I focus on expanding my knowledge and skills under the guidance of our supportive supervisors. What’s truly remarkable is that safety is our management’s top priority, and they constantly motivate us to work safely, ensuring our well-being.
I have a burning desire to learn quickly and aim to achieve more. Fortunately, I am surrounded by an amazing team that encourages me to gain relevant knowledge and improve myself. One of the things I love about working at AMI is that ‘a typical day’ is never typical here. There are always challenging tasks in our daily work, and every day presents new learning opportunities.
Now, I am looking forward to achieving not only for myself but also for my family back in Nepal. My goal is to provide them with a better life. I am filled with gratitude for the experiences and opportunities that have come my way, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next.
