Dolphin 105 – Aluminium & Glass Silicone Sealant

Dolphin 105 Glass & Aluminum Silicone Sealant is 100% silicone with absolutely Zero Shrinkage. It’s a single component Acetic cure sealant, which is cured by atmospheric moisture to form a powerful rubber seal. Dolphin 105 Silicone is specially designed for Glass and Composite Panels and also forms an unprimed adhesion to cleaned substrates like glass, glazed surfaces, galvanized aluminum and other galvanized metals. It also builds a high strength seal to plastics, tiles, wood and concrete. It is resistant to UV and assures enhanced quality and long term performance.

Application Instructions:

Application surface should be dry and dust, rust and grease-free. Cut the nozzle at an angle of 45° and apply sealant on a substrate. Tool immediately to spread the sealant against the surface to give it a smooth finish. For additional information please consult the corresponding product data sheets.

Storage & Shelf-Life:

18 months in unopened packaging in a dry and cool storage place, at temperature +30°C or below.

Precautions:

An uncured sealant may irritate eyes, respiratory system, and skin. In the case of direct contact, rinse immediately with water. It is recommended to use the product only in a well-ventilated place. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
