Dolphin – Bituminous WATERPROOFING Coating

Application Area:

• Waterproofing and protection for wet areas, kitchens and substructures
• Vapor barrier coating for walls and floor, Waterproofing system for shaded or tiled roofs
• Waterproofing for polyurethane foam slab, waterproofing for polyester built up roofs, Maintenance of existing roofs, masonry and concrete walls
• Recommended for both horizontal and vertical applications

Application Instructions:

Application surface should be dry and dust, rust, and grease-free. Also, Concrete surface must be at least 28 days old and fully cured. Primed the surface if it’s extremely porous or uneven otherwise no primer is needed. For primer, dilute Dolphin Bituminous with 25% water and apply it on the surface either, with the brush or with a spray gun. . Allow the primer to dry completely. Two coats are suggested to achieve the best result. It is recommended to ensure that each coat is completely cured before the next coat is applied. Apply 2nd coat at 90° angle of 1st coat and allow it 48hrs for curing.

Storage & Shelf-Life:

12 months from the manufacturing date if stored in a dry and cool storage place, at temperature 30°C or below.

Precautions:

Use protective gloves, glasses and face protectant while applying. Inhalation of vapor or mist should be avoided. If inhaled, immediately shift victim to fresh air environment. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
