Dolphin Fix & Seal Sealant

DOLPHIN FIX & SEAL SEALANT is a low modulus paintable one component sealant which is flexible, has high strength adhesive property which is suitable for wide range of applications. Unlike silicone sealants, Dolphin Fix & Seal Sealant can be painted over with most acrylic and alkyd paints and is hazard free. It is formulated to offer outstanding adhesion to most common building materials and can be used in sealing glazing bonding and joint filling applications. It has superior UV resistance. It can be used to replace construction grade, polyurethane and silicone in most applications.


Wall Panels, Glass ( not recommended for PE, PP and Teflon), Stone and concrete, Many metals, Skirting boards, Window sills, Thresholds, Insulation

Application instruction

Ensure that the surface to be sealed is clean,sound and grease free. Metals should be cleaned with a non- oily solvent soaked clean cloth. Solvent should be wiped from the surface with a clean dry cloth. Use an alcohol such as methylated spirits on glass. When used on  remedial work all existing sealant must be removed. Porous substances such as concrete, brickwork, mortar etc. must be mechanically cleaned of loose particles using a steel brush, sanding disc or any other means.

Storage and Shelf life

When stored in original unopened container at/or below 25ºC Dolphin Fix & Seal Sealant has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of Manufacturing. Containers should always be kept sealed when not in use. After a container has been opened and the entire contents have not been used, extrude 3/8’’ of material pass nozzle opening. When ready to use, pull out cured plug. Sealant is ready to use
